About Amber Bellante

Since my admission to the California State Bar in 2002, I have dedicated my legal career exclusively to criminal defense. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in diverse areas of criminal law. My representation includes negotiations from pre-complaint filings, motions to dismiss and preliminary hearings up through jury trials with an outstanding record. Throughout my career, I have worked diligently to ensure that my clients receive the best possible outcome in their cases. I am passionate about providing quality legal advocacy and am committed to achieving the very best results for each of my clients.

I graduated from the local University of California at Davis undergraduate with a Bachelor of the Arts Degree - Major in History and Minor in Spanish. I earned my Juris Doctorate Degree from Gonzaga School of Law in Spokane, Washington.

My lifelong goal was to have a profession that is important and that would make a difference in society. I have helped countless clients throughout the years in various ways, from asking a jury or court to find my client not guilty, which they found not guilty, to obtaining dismissals through Motions to Suppress or negotiation, reductions of charges from felonies to misdemeanors or to infractions, reductions of sentences, no jail/alternative sentencing sentences, expunging criminal conviction records or sealing arrest records.

Sincerely,

Attorney Amber Bellante
